To protect consumer rights and ensure every shopping transaction is reassuring, we have formulated this official return policy for all our apparel products.

Return & Exchange Time Window

We allow all customers to apply for returns or exchanges within30 days upon successful parcel delivery. We recommend that you check the garment’s size, color, fabric quality and workmanship carefully once you receive your order. Any late return requests without legitimate reasons will not be accepted by our after-sales team.

Item Return Requirements

All returned clothing must be unoccupied and kept in original sales condition. To pass our warehouse inspection, the following standards must be met:
  • All clothes must be unworn and unwashed, with no sweat stains, dust, makeup marks or strange odors.
  • The fabric must have no scratches, holes, stretching damage or color fading caused by personal use.
  • Original hanging tags, care labels and complete packaging must remain intact and unremoved.
  • Any form of personal cutting, sewing, dyeing or ironing will result in return failure.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale clearance garments, specially discounted promotional clothing, worn or laundered items, and products damaged by improper personal use or manual modification cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund & Exchange Service

Once our warehouse receives and checks your returned goods, the inspection result will be released within 1–2 working days. Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method within 3–5 working days. If you need an exchange service, you can replace your item with other sizes or styles subject to current stock availability.

Shipping Cost Instructions

Customers shall bear the return shipping fees for returns due to personal preference or size discomfort. A small handling fee will be deducted for inspection and repackaging procedures. We will cover all return shipping costs if we deliver wrong, defective or damaged products.

Damaged & Defective Order Handling

If your clothes arrive defective, broken or mismatched, please contact our customer service team within 3 days after delivery. Please provide clear photos of the defective item and outer package for verification. Our team will solve your problem within 24 hours with options including full refund, free replacement or store credit.
